Another Chance Initiative Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting justice-involved individuals in successfully reintegrating into society. Its mission is to provide comprehensive support and resources to help these individuals rebuild their lives after incarceration, reduce recidivism, and promote positive community engagement.
Our goal is to partner and collaborate with supportive businesses in the community to offer the following essential services and programs:
Housing Support
Assisting with finding safe and stable housing options for individuals re-entering society.
Employment Assistance
Offering job training, resume building, and job placement services to help individuals secure stable employment.
Educational Programs
Providing access to educational opportunities, including GED preparation, vocational training, and higher education resources.
Mental Health and Counseling Services
Ensuring access to mental health care, substance abuse treatment, and counseling services to address individuals' emotional and psychological needs.
Life Skills Training
Teaching essential life skills such as financial literacy, communication, and time management to help individuals navigate daily challenges.
Mentorship and Peer Support
Connecting individuals with mentors and peer support groups to foster a sense of community and provide guidance.
